Looking for a late 70’s early 80’s kids show. One character looked like an old camera (big costume).?

I can’t find this show. I used to watch it back in the early 80’s. It was one of those shows where the characters were live action in big costumes. One looked like an “old time” camera. I think he had a monocle. One of the other ones had big wide ears that were a different color than the body. The show may have been in black and white, or possibly sepia tone. If this sound the least bit familiar, you’d really help. Thanks.
